Kylie’s customer service feels personalised and treats you like a VIP, with the prompt updates, thanks Kylie. Since the ETA for delivery was a little longer than expected, L&M even covered us with a loaner washer in the short meantime, so quick to help us out with it we really did not expect that and I am very glad to have shopped with this local company. Glad I asked about installation on delivery too from expert and professional staff, I just highly recommend this place."
