"We have used Pool Fx for 2 pools now. Initially when we went looking for a preferred pool builder we shopped around as you do but Pool Fx got the deal. Mainly because Chris took the time to chat to us about ideas and how our ideas might not work because of certain issues with pipes, the tank etc needed to be etc which when your spending that kind of money you need to know, it was our first pool. The experience back then was smooth and they did a great job, we were very happy with Pool Fx. Second time around we knew we wanted to use Pool Fx, again, a much bigger project!!! We haven't been disappointed, you guys together both Michelle and Chris make the whole experience seamless and even when something may not be quite right, nothing is too much trouble to put right.
