"Not a very thorough skin check as I've previous had with other Mole Patrol locations, and that was back when they were fully bulk billed. Shame the service has degraded but the fees increased. Will not likely return to Mole Patrol again."
"Just a routine skin mole checking! The Doctor using nitrogen burns off, was very unexpected but should apply dressing or giving antibiotics. A female nurse assistant was presented with a written report. Think the 2 spot that got burned at my lower back took about week to heal on me and left a little scar after 10days. My left thumb was having left an object of FB underneath 2mm after pulling a hays stalk that growing inside skin almost 10 months, now was heal. I saw it the burned off foam fell off the ground but not on the lower back spot! I think it was left onto my skin, hope no side effects. This was a scary first experienced for me with nitrogen burns off. So hurt for the burning on my skin."
"I have always had a very positive experience at mole patrol nedlands (now Perth City). Comfortable facility, attentive doctor and someone who always pays attention to specific areas of concern I have. Yes they are quick, but I believe that is more a sign of their skill rather than negligence as a lot of these reviews seem to conclude."
"Came here 2 years ago and the reception forgot to tell the Dr I was there, I was in the waiting room and the Dr had gotten in the car to leave for the day when they realised I was waiting for my appointment. He came back in and I was rushed through, I was told to watch for a mole on my back as it was of concern, as if I could see my own back. He didn't take any photos and rushed out. I've since been to a clinic in Fremantle where I had a very thorough exam and photos were taken of areas and have received messages to ensure I come back for follow up photos. Skin cancer isn't a joke, seek a clinic that will do you justice."
"Very rushed I was in and out within 4 mins. The male doctor did not check under my arms, my stomach, backs of legs or fully in between the toes. He seemed very uncomfortable to be conducting a check and the check was very poor. I will be getting checked at another facility as I feel like there is a very high risk that something could have been missed. Poor practise really. Positive the nurse was very nice and friendly."
