"Excellent communication. We knew where we were at the whole way through the process. Exceedingly quick turn around to get the job done (but we did have a common make and model). Staff super friendly and efficient. Only down side is that don't drop your car off to your door anymore. But they do give you options making it easier to collect of you don't have a hire car as part of your policy. Keep up the good work."

"Car booked for repair early May. Drivable though dented rear panel in wheel arch would scrapes tyre when cornering or going over bumps. Despite not being the workshop, and with v limited tools, young man at the Booragoon facility managed to correct the panel enough for my wife and I to be comfortable driving it. This happened 10 days ago. The young man was also very courteous and even phoned the workshop advising my car may pay a visit to further correct the panel before repairs. Thank you. Service like this is not easily found nowadays but it is v much appreciated, acknowledged and remembered."

"I can't speak highly enough of the service that was provided by the team at Capital SMART Repairs. I was directed to them through my insurer who booked an time for my to deliver my car for repair. The service at reception was excellent and I was dealt with promptly and politely. The assessor identified the work that was required and provided a time frame (three days). I was contacted that same afternoon (well ahead of the three days) to tell me the work was done and was able to collect the car the following morning. Again received excellent service at reception and the work is faultless. And they organised transport for me to and from their workshop that was timely and personalised. I would highly recommend them and highly commend their service."
