Welcome to Henley & Grange Swimming Club Inc, the oldest swimming club in South Australia. Founded in 1912, our club has a rich history of success and continues to grow, offering a welcoming and inclusive environment for swimmers of all levels.

Located at the Thebarton Aquatic Centre in Torrensville, our club boasts a heated pool, allowing for year-round swimming. Whether you are a junior swimmer just starting out or an elite senior looking to compete at a national level, we have the programs and experienced coaches to help you reach your goals.

Our dedicated coaches, Jerry Zhang and Dan Gill, are committed to seeing swimmers of all abilities realize their potential. With a perfect blend of discipline and encouragement, they create a culture of hard work and excellence that is integral to our club's long-term success.

Affiliated with Swimming SA and Swimming Australia, our competitive swimmers have the opportunity to participate in club race nights, state, and national meets, in addition to their regular training program. We believe in providing an enjoyable, safe, and healthy environment to develop swimming skills and promote a fit and active lifestyle.

In addition to our competitive squads, we also offer a range of programs for all ages and abilities. Our learn-to-swim classes have a strong focus on technique and cater to individuals from 6 months old to adults. We believe that swimming is a skill for life and aim to instill a love for the sport in all our members.
