"I bought a foam single mattress from Bedshed in Melville. The reason i bought it was because my children are arriving next week from Melbourne. My daughter told me that her son who is now 12 years old will not be able share the queen bed with her and her 8 year old. So i phoned Bedshed and asked if they could either refund my money or swap it for a double. I had to ring them 3 days in a row as the gentleman who answered the phone said he will have to ask the manager. Finally after ringing 3 times he asked me to hold on and said the manager said no it is not possible. Ispite of telling that i have not even opened the packet of the mattress he was reluctant. I will never ever buy anything from Bedshed again. In their Ad it says 'if the customer is not satisfied Bedshed is ready to meet customer satisfaction" i honestly don't understand. I was ready to swap for a double. But their was a big NO. A Very Disappointed snd Unsatisfied customer"

"Ridiculous customer service is all I can say. We've purchased a mattress valued $899 after discount from the store. The delivery guy dropped it off and left. Right after he went, we opened the package and found there are 2 obvious scratch like sharp cuts on the bottom of the mattress. Called delivery guy straight away and have sent photo to manager as instructed. Next day 2 staff came to check and said "no evidence" shows they need to be responsible for it and implied that we damaged it??? And after we sent a polite complaint message to the manager, he called us saying we are insulting him. Will not go back ever again."
