"Nice lady but really poor hair cut. I felt that Tatiana did not listen to what I wanted, which was to take the weight out of my very thick curly hair. I had several goes at explaining this but gave up in the end as the result seemed to be worsening. I ended up with just a lumpy uneven cut which has since grown into such a mess I had to have an early cut at a modern stylist to sort it out. If you just wasn’t a simple trim of long straight hair, it’s probably fine but I’d steer clear if you want anything complicated or an edgy style."
