"We hired oasis pools to build our pool due to the high quality finish pools displayed on their website & social media platforms. I can confirm that our pool is Finished to a high quality standard and all the subcontractors oasis supplied done an amazing job. However the level of customer service from oasis is just not there, the lack of communication was our biggest issue and we were made to feel like we were pain every time we phoned for updates or explanations of processes or invoices. We had trades turn up when we were not home so they were having to climb fences to gain access as we were not informed they would be coming. We wanted a certain feature added to our pool(minor) and the response from the site supervisor was “I will persuade the boss NOT to do this”…. As the paying customer we should have anything we like added to the pool build as we were paying for this service. We would leave messages with oasis regarding pool issues & no reply. Like we said before the pool finish is amazing and it looks great however we wouldn’t recommend oasis as the level of customer service for the price being paid for these pool builds is not there, we receive better service from our Gardner! We believe oasis take on too many pool builds to be able to give the customer service clients deserve."

"Not recommended. We purchased a renovated house which included a brand new pool from Oasis. After moving in, we had a few sleepless nights with gurgling bathrooms and then a flooded bathroom with sewage. The whole house stunk! After identifying what the problem was thanks to the plumber who did the works on the reno, I called Brett and Anthony from Oasis, and on the second call with Anthony, he hung up on me!! Before getting cut off like a 16y.o. ex-girlfriend, and like other reviews on this page, I was referred to the standard Master Builder contracts etc etc, however Oasis were not admitting fault. Their comment was “it could have been anyone…” landscapers etc. (mulch was about 150ml deep) I too run a business and hate negative reviews. Always happy to accept a genuine review though regardless of the number. I can not believe directors of companies act like these guys and take such actions. Here’s the result from our situation: Once the house was cleaned and sterilised we got a plumber to sort it, so we could live normally. Main waste pipe = 1.2m below ground. Pipe totally blocked from a pool construction support post which punched straight through it, parallel to the ground between the pool and the perimeter of the property (impossible for it to be anyone else but the pool construction). Total cost to fix it = $1200 A simple acceptance of who was at fault, a $1200 write off and this “shit” review could have been avoided ✌️"

"Excellent customer service. The patient tailored our requests perfectly to provide us with our ideal family pool. The staff worked professionally, and knew everything there was to know, it was obvious to tell they knew what they were doing!"

"Horrible experience. Ill start by saying, i am very well aware of how the building industry operates and how delays and errors with subcontractors can occur. However.... The short of it: I went to contract in Nov 21, with the target to be finished by end of March. Greg (owner, sales person) was very accommodating at start. (The promise to hopefully swim end of March was the main reason I went with them vs another provider) I have experienced issues and delays at most stages. Its currently 30th Sep 22 and I am still waiting on the team to come fix my auto refill, that they initially forgot to install. Then when they did, it wasn't done properly. (Keep in mind this is literally wasting water anytime we swim) I reached out to Brett (project manager) 22 days ago, he keeps saying he will send someone out, but keeps delaying. Ive since had to fix it using someone else. I expressed my concerns during the build re delays and why its taking so long to fix things. One example was they did the "pool handover, which is supposed to be final completion. They wanted their final invoice paid. Yet i still had a light in my spa hanging out of the wall, and 4 suction cups missing. It took over 2 weeks to fix those issues. There are many other issues along this journey but google doesn't allow enough space (i could write a book about it). The unfortunate situation and why i believe this occurred is this. In frustration, Brett (Project manager) let me know that he had 50 jobs on his board and he is doing his best (I actually believe he is). I asked him how many project managers there are. Only him. Its no surprise this is the outcome. It seems they were more interested in winning new business, than delivering a great experience. As a business owner myself, i understand the importance of customer feedback, its the only way to grow. I expressed my disappointment to Anthony (other owner) and it fell on deaf ears. When i said to him that im spending $120,000 with them, so i do expect you to do what you say youll do, his reply was. We have done way more expensive pools than that......amongst other things. However that highlighted to me, he just didn't give a..."

"Having worked with many pool builders over the years I have to say Greg and the crew at Oasis are my absolute favourite. Professional, organised and just so easy to deal with. An absolute pleasure and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a pool built on the Gold Coast."
