"Do not recommend at all, prior to the appointment date. His assistants will ask you to fill in the paperwork, i was asked to put down an estimate time for WFH , and a few other things and according to them they can help you to claim more tax. I asked over the phone how much fees will be this year, as this place tend to increase 10% every year, i was told that it be between $120-$150 , depends on the complexity and if lots of time is spent. I arrived and waited another 30 mins from my appointment time. All the details was there and prefilled in before appointment. So it would not take that long at all. Over the years Gordon tends to answers his personal phone calls during the appointment, which i found quite unprofessional. This time was the same and he spent time sending sms as to waste time. All up it took 20 mins and a $310 bill to do two Simple Individual tax return, which is a robbery."
