"Too worried about the look of their centre. Not the kids. They don’t want to help the children who require extra attention and support. Instead they hold them back in classes that are too young and not stimulating enough, treat them poorly and then kick them out of the centre. Also known as wrongful dismissal. Truly sad."

"Looks nice and new and there is some standout staff there who really care about the children, but unfortunately that is not the experience in all classes. There is a lot of instability and a lack of attention and/or supervision. My daughter got a large bite on her arm which you could see teeth prints, a dislocated thumb, glass in her foot and scraps up the whole length of both her arms, all of which were Unobserved by staff and they weren’t able to provide any explanation as to how it happened. my daughter appeared distressed to go , despite them always saying she had a good day, which was more than just usual seperation anxiety. She appeared fearful, asking if it was kindy day every morning and crying saying she didn’t want to go. Since we changed daycare it’s like light and day and my daughter has never said she doesn’t want to go to daycare."

"My child was rarely ever interacted with and received barely any photos of her throughout the days, she was left outside while her whole class went inside and the educators didn’t even know for quite some time. Management wasn’t supportive. Would rather walk through hell then send children to this centre!"

"This centre has a strong sense of family. The staff care not only about the children in their care but their families as well. They are family owned and operated and teach the children excellent life skills and encouraging them to have the courage and knowledge they they are capable of so much. I would certainly recommend anyone who is considering to join the Sanctuary family."
