"We recently stayed here for several weeks. The ensuite sites were a decent size and the ensuite itself was very generous. There was heavy mould that we sprayed and tried to clean up for our comfort. The staff cleaned the ensuite fortnightly and changed the shower curtain although the fan/walls/mould/spider webs were not addressed during our stay. There were several well-equipped camp kitchens both indoor and outdoor with fridges, pizza ovens, bbqs and television near the playground. Firepit and cafe open regularly and open on friday and saturday nights for 1 hour for dinner - albeit only basics. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly. As others have mentioned, the downside was the internet and phone service. We have a satellite that we travel with and could not get any reception from either their wi-fi or ours. Overall, we enjoyed the park but would definitely not stay longer than a week next time and would make sure that we had no work requiring internet during our stay."

"Wish we read the reviews before booking... ensuite sites should be demolished. Floor to ceiling full of mould that they are aware of as they have just painted over it. Exhaust fans don't work as they are full of inch thick dust. Told reception who couldn't care less "ill get someone onto it" I replied you need to rip them apart. Warrants a call to the health department. No offer of a partial refund to only pay a standard site, which should have been offered. Coffee van opens at 9, lady was still setting up at 920... just standing there on her phone as people qued up... a real shame as location is great and overall a beautiful park. Just DO NOT book an ensuite site... you can't say you didn't know as it was clearly all painted over."

"Stayed at the park in May with family. Our ensuite was disgustingly filthy and rundown. Park in general was disappointing. No wifi, internet service non existant, too bad if you had an emergency and needed to call in or out. Staff unaccomodating when we had an issue after our stay. They were rude and disrespectful with other people's property. Appalling customer service from Tracey and Denise apparently two managers..they offered no help to rectify the issue. They're happy to take your money and any items left behind..wouldn't recommend them or the park unfortunately. A very disappointing holiday to say the least .."

"Staff was amazing. We were in trouble with a broken down motorhome and very difficult finding accommodation because of the time of year. They went out of their way to help us stay safe. Can’t speak more highly of the help they gave us. Beautiful park. Lots of trees in a very well managed park."

"Good location and picturesque however, no phone reception, WiFi allocation is only 1,000meg bites per day and keeps dropping out. Toilets old and poorly lit. Park poorly maintained. Trees are dangerous as not maintained. Reception staff very unhelpful. Way overpriced for what you get. $40.50 for powered site that had bull ants. We did not enjoy our stay!"
