"Very disappointed with the so called amazing parties they provide. We were rushed in and rushed out. Only gave limited time for the kids to eat and clearing before they had finished there food. One of the children left in tears because staff cleared her plate before she had finished her slice of birthday cake and when a parent spoke up to staff about it was told there is a time limit. Staff vacuum under our feet when trying to collect presents. Not a very welcoming place at all."
