At Healthy Business Training Academy, we believe in taking a holistic approach to assist our students in attaining success in both their business and life goals. We are committed to providing high-quality professional development for individuals working in Training and Assessment, Compliance, Auditing, WHS, Project Management, or Leadership roles. Additionally, we ensure that trainers and assessors who study with us implement best practices in Vocational Education and Training (VET), which can be emulated across all levels and enterprises.

We are proud to announce that the new TAE22 Training Package was released in December 2022, and the superseded training package is now in teach-out. As an institution, distance learning has always been our primary delivery mode. However, we are excited to take it one step further by offering virtual classrooms. This allows you to interact with other students, demonstrate your presentation skills, and participate in large and small group activities.

Many of our qualifications are offered online, and for others, you can access e-learning resources via email or Dropbox. In some locations or for corporate clients, we can still provide face-to-face learning, depending on the number of participants. We strive to accommodate the needs of our students and clients to ensure a seamless learning experience.

When it comes to course lengths, we follow the guidelines provided by the Australian Qualifications Framework, which outlines the structures of courses at all levels in vocational education and training, including post-graduate tertiary courses. The hours mentioned in our brochures and enrollment forms indicate nominal assessment hours only, not the full course hours for supported learning. The duration of your course may be shortened if you have prior learning, credit transfers, or workplace experience in a related role. Before enrolling, we will discuss your current skills and knowledge to determine the appropriate amount of training for you.

As demand for our services grows, so does our ability to serve regional and remote areas. We have trainers who are willing to FIFO (fly-in-fly-out) to organizations and public groups, so you don't have to travel to coastal regions for training. Additionally, we offer support through mentoring, Skype, webinar tutorials, phone, or email. Our goal is to bring training to you, wherever you may be.

Please note that we may engage non RTOs (Registered Training Organizations) in partnerships to deliver TAE qualifications with special permission from ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority). Any details regarding these training organizations can be found on our Partner Page once they are approved.

Partners who offer business, WHS (Workplace Health and Safety), or Pyrotechnics CUA courses can do so without needing permission from ASQA before entering into an agreement.

All qualifications issued by our RTO, Amy Boleszny Pty. Ltd, including those delivered through third-party arrangements, are recognized and respected.
