Welcome to Oh Do Kwan Martial Arts Academy, located in O'Connor, Roper Street, Australia. We are a premier establishment, health, and point of interest in the martial arts community. Our academy is led by Grand Master Ross Hartnett, a 9th Dan Black Belt, 2000 Olympic Head Coach for Australia, World Open Martial Arts Champion, and World Taekwondo Hall of Fame Inductee. Assisting him is Master Carmela Hartnett, an 8th Dan Black Belt, Two-time World Open Taekwondo Champion, and World Open Martial Arts Champion.

At Taekwondo Oh Do Kwan, we offer martial arts tuition for people of all ages. Our family-friendly club promotes friendship, improved health, fitness, self-discipline, and self-defense skills. While we prioritize self-defense, we also excel in martial sports. Our academy has multiple locations throughout Western Australia and Queensland, making it convenient for students to find their nearest venue. We offer classes for children, adults, and mixed family classes in Taekwondo. Selected locations also provide classes in freestyle, kickboxing, and MMA.

Our mission is to provide a healthier and safer lifestyle for our students at an affordable cost. Taekwondo Oh Do Kwan is affiliated with The Australian Governing Body for Taekwondo, which has affiliated clubs in all states and territories of Australia. We are also recognized by the World Taekwondo Federation, which is the World governing body for Taekwondo and recognized by the International Olympic Committee.

Oh Do Kwan has a proud history of producing instructors and members who have represented Australia at the highest levels of World Taekwondo, including Olympic Games, World Championships, and Asian Championships. The experience gained from these events is passed on to our students, helping them improve their abilities and well-being.
