"I rated them as # 1 white collar legal robbers ! Don’t trust them assuming that they do the right thing!!! That would be the most regrettable mistake in your life! Be 200% carful when reading their correspondence because they don’t vital information at times until the last moment only because they trying to get maximum $$$ from the case. "Do not pay a cent to baycorp. I accidentally overpaid 3 times the amount and they still didn’t pay the fine. I am continuing to get increased fines because the original still hasn’t been paid. Bank will do a reverse and can pay yourself but don’t pay any amount to this scam of a company. The Australian government is aware to and recommends paying directly not through them."
"Completely and utterly useless. Unless goods of value are stored in the front garden of the accused property then Baycorp will do nothing. They will do nothing other than place a card in the letterbox. The accused can then call and deny everything even if you have a court order. Baycorp are a massive waste of time and money. It's pretty much a scam"
"BayCorp will take a payment, then say there is a missed payment forcing an increase to the amount paid each time. Later they will confirm that there was never a missed payment! Seems perfectly legal hmm?"
