"I attended the surrender to heart retreat in Bali in June this year. I'd never done Wu Tao before but decided to go and try something new as I'd been feeling stuck in my life. The place was amazingly beautiful and the dance was so healing. It's based on Chinese meridians and has music that matches each element. Alongside the dance came meditation and hypnotherapy. Michelle who invented Wu Tao held the space gently and helped me shift some difficult stuff that had been holding me back. After years of anxiety I felt anxiety free and will continue the dance back in Australia. The venue is stunning and the balinese people so beautiful.
