"9pm visit after the movies, needed to go to the toilet only to find it locked , remember they close at 11pm , told that the toilets have been cleaned and cannot open until tomorrow morning are you for real? So what happens during the day sorry closed until tomorrow."
"Ordered from Uber and waited 40 minutes for delivery only to get cold soggy fries instead of the ordered onion rings, missing drinks and sauces also. When I called to bring this to their attention the girl on the phone said ‘there’s nothing we can do‘ unless I wanted to drive over there, obviously if you have ordered from Uber you don’t then wish to hop in your car to rectify someone else’s mistake. Maybe in future if you’re choosing to be on delivery service such as Uber you should be double checking your orders before they go out especially when it is double the cost to order online! Terrible."
"Huge fan of Carl's Jr. Usually go to the Kilburn store.This time I was already In Westlake and thought we'd pick up some food. Drive-through was quick. Service was pleasant and prompt. But when the food arrived, we were hugely disappointed. The burger was dry. The chips were re cooked and very soggy. We ordered the waffle chips. They were not whole chips, but small soggy bits. Big letdown. Have a look at pictures and judge if for yourself."
