"Would give 0 stars if possible, was spoken to extremely rudely by a male pharmacist and told he wasn’t going to write sick certificates because he didn’t have time. Why list a service on your website if you cannot or refuse to provide it. Very poor customer service and rude staff."
"Very unpleasant experience, it looks like a central market, everything is chaotic and some of the staff really need to be trained in customer service. Today the lady in the first counter was untrained to use the computer and I told her I wanted to pay with afterpay and she didn’t have a clue of how to do it, which I can understand and be patient. So I finally said I will pay with other method and she said “yes you should have done that because you are holding the line” excuse me? She is the one who is not capable of doing her job and on top of that is being very rude."
"They need to get better organised or have more staff on doing prescriptions, I waited over an hour for a script today. I was sick and this was unacceptable when I was told 15 minutes. Many very unhappy people in store frustrated over the waiting time"
"I go to this Chemist warehouse only because they have the products I need that are difficult to buy elsewhere. I do not enjoy the experience of going into the store at all. I feel with the security standing at the door it is very intimidating. I realise why they are there ~ but I feel very uncomfortable going in .At times the security have seem me pay but still check my receipt. It has gotten to be a huge enterprise and it has no personality or value to its customers. It doesn’t need to as they know people will keep going."
