"After visiting numerous bespoke jewelers who gave us the run around we came across Fili Jewellery and how glad we were that we found them.. A beautiful shop tucked away in the arcade. From the moment we entered the store we felt welcomed and comfortable. We asked for a mans signet ring and were shown quite a few. We found the exact thing we were looking for in minutes as the staff listened to our requirements about shape and the type of gold we were looking for . The ring was custom made on site and was ready within a few short weeks. the ring was exactly as requested , beautifully made and perfect. Ross was extremely helpful in all areas of the process from helping us choose the type of gold we would need, the sizing of the ring and also the best possible price he could offer. he was also able to give us advise on who would be the best person to have the ring engraved by. We will definitely be using them again for all our jewellery needs in the future. highly recommended."

"We HIGHLY recommend this jeweller! After shopping around and feeling fed up with other manufacturing jewellers’ lack of care, we found John at Fili. He understood what we wanted immediately. Not only did they open the doors for us after hours, but spent 45 mins designing our engagement ring to be made from combined family heirloom pieces. We were already extremely impressed at that stage, but when we saw the computer generated design and got the quote we gave them the go ahead instantly. We also asked them to make a wedding band from the same gold. The staff were so accommodating and Katina kept us updated. The rings were ready exactly when promised and in real life these rings took our breath away. We were in tears we were so happy with them.
