Welcome to Perth Swing Dance Academy - Applecross! Located at 69 Canning Beach Road, our institution is the perfect place to learn the vintage 1930’s swing dance, the Lindy Hop. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, our classes cater to all skill levels.

One of the best things about our academy is that you can drop-in to any one of our beginner classes without any previous swing dancing experience. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the steps, ensuring you have a fun and enjoyable learning experience.

Our facility in Applecross offers plenty of parking, making it convenient for students to attend classes. The highlight of our venue is the huge floor in a beautiful art deco hall, which was built in 1934. The historic charm adds a unique atmosphere to your dance sessions, transporting you back to the golden era of swing.

At Perth Swing Dance Academy, we also believe in acknowledging and respecting the traditional custodians of the land. We pay our respects to the Whadjuk people of the Nyoongar nation, who are the traditional owners of the lands where we dance and live. We honor the ancestors and Elders, both past and present.
