"I wouldn’t recommend Rachel Jolly. Rachel’s office didn’t have of the paperwork sent to her. She had us down for reunification not supervision. Rachel doesn’t follow court orders. I had a long history of DV and Rachel didn’t take any of this into account and I was fearful of situations she me put in. Rachel only turned up to half the scheduled appointments blaming her assistant or us for having times wrong resulting in more scheduled visits. I was often left in situations with only the other parent and I was fearful due to the long history of DV. Rachel forced my daughter into contact when she clearly didn’t want to engage. Rachel wasn’t interested in how the visit affected my daughter - it appeared it was all about appeasing the father who was paying the bill. She also didn’t adhere to all the Covid policies that other business were forced to follow. If I was able to give no stars I would have selected that."

Names spelt wrong, spelling and grammar. At the time I was looking at heading to trial and concerned about mounting legal costs. Although the contents were favourable, I was disappointed in the final document. I saw it as a representation of the care and thoughtfulness given to our particular family situation.
