"I love coming here as I can get most of the things that I need. I just want to highlight on what happened today at 5:40pm on the 17th of May 2023. There was this particular girl who was serving. She was greeting everyone one except me. Moreover, I asked for one tally ho and the girl asked wether I wanted the whole pack which was irrelevant. All in all I really had good encounter with all the other staff except this one, cheers."
"Maybe spelling is wrong but a cashier kelpana apologies if name is wrong . What a great person , there was a lady in front of me with a full basket full of groceries . I had only one item the lady in front didn’t bother to say oh u have one item carry on . She said nothing . The girl on the cashier said excuse me madam he has only one item can I serve him first . In my books this staff member needs to be rewarded for common courtesy . Fantastic girl for asking the question to the other customer . Hopefully next time I’ll get correct spelling but excellent work ."
"My wife and I have recently noticed a huge difference in the management of this IGA. The variety and neatness of displays is so much better. The milk prices have come down cheaper than others in the area. The shelves are stocked and not so empty. There are more special displays and the staff is more helpful. Add a smile and thank customers for shopping would add the icing on the cake. Keep up the welcomed improvement."
