"When I signed up to do coaching with Rebecca I was a little unsure what to expect. What I did not expect was how truly transformational it was going to be. I was blown away. I had been through a stressful few years, and along the way, had lost my “happy, life is easy” attitude and was feeling “this is hard” often. I was feeling challenged on many levels, and it seemed that no matter how hard I tried I was not getting where I wanted to be. Every session I had with Rebecca made a difference, but my big break-through came in session 6. I realised that no matter how hard I work, I will not get anywhere if my mindset is not right.
