"I love Witchery and their timeless clothing pieces, but didn’t enjoy the customer experience in the Glenelg store today. I noticed that a couple of the shop walls were completely empty and wondering if the store was perhaps relocating premises I asked whether the shop was closing down (stating this in a friendly manner and not meaning anything harsh by it). The assistant replied in a condescending tone, “No, how do you think the shelves get restocked? We have to do it during the shops opening hours...” before walking off. I gestured that I’m sorry for asking the question, collected my click and collect order and left. I found that particular staff member so unpleasant and will be doing my Witchery shopping at another store."
