"Similar to another review, I received a letter of demand out of the blue for an outstanding “non attendance fee” for an appointment I didn’t make and therefore did not attend (from over 6 months ago!). The letter included the details of a debt collector, who will apparently be in touch. It also claimed that multiple attempts had been made to contact me, which is not the case. The receptionist couldn’t provide dates or times for this supposed contact. Ironically I have attended this practice multiple times since the alleged missed appointment, and it was never mentioned to me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this practice! Save yourself much stress and anxiety by finding another practice in the area."
"Quite possibly the worst practice I have ever attended. I’ve never been in to an appointment on time, not even first thing in the morning. The staff have no shame in requesting you to follow your own results up (as requested by their GP’s) directly with pathology companies and the like. Multiple occasions I have registered my attendance with front desk staff and then been left sitting there because someone forgot to check me in, I even received a phone call asking if I was still attending… while I was sitting in the waiting room! Most recently I’ve received a threatening letter regarding a fee that was waived over 6 months ago by their Practice Manager. The letter stated that there have been prior attempts to contact me and my credit rating would be affected for a non-payment. There absolutely have not been any contact attempts and if there were, one would assume a good time would be during one of my multiple recent attendances to the practice. In summary, if you’d like added stress and to be made feel responsible for the incompetence of the staff… attend this practice :)"
"I made an appointment for 1 July at 9.20 , I cancelled one of my appointments and got there costing money for an Uber and the lady in the reception states the Doctor is not available as she is unwell ! This should have been prior communicated to all customers They say they have called me but I have not received a call which means it is the centre’s responsibility to follow up or at-least to send a text This is ridiculous, they could have thought about the customers money and time that’s wasted ! ——— Reception states they made a call but I have got no voice message or phone records ! Bloody awful The trust was due to doctors but now the trust has faded even from the way the receptionist dealt with so rude !"
"Pretty average experience. Practice advised they are no longer bulk billed, which is fine I still chose to use their services. I was told that the doctor has discretion if they’ll BB or not for a phone consult and would be informed if I would be billed, which I was not. Over a month later receive a phone call chasing up $70 that I was never told about for said consult. I paid the fee but I don’t know why I wasn’t informed that I would be billed at the time or didn’t receive any emails or previous attempts to speak to me about the arrears? GP’s can barely remember who you are, despite how often you go. Not much of a care factor going on. Save your time and use Instant Scripts or Instant Consult app… probably half the price, no waiting time, you’ll get a GP who cares just as much and won’t be conned by their billing. Very disappointed."
"Just No!!! Especially now you have to pay for such bad, rude uncaring medical service, all they are interested in is how much they can get out of you. Was told I also needed physio, when my original appointment was for something completely different, made appointment (or had appointment made for me) Turn back up next day another one of their cohorts, does nothing tells me I need an x-ray before they know what's wrong, grab my card, and charge me money. Walked out without making another appointment, because I wasn't going back. Next thing 2 days later physio rings me at home says I had an appointment booked, and I owed them because I didn't turn up or give notice. Get out of here"
