"I found an injured mouse that I was concerned about whilst shopping today. I couldn't just leave it in case it was in pain, and it was clearly scared. I spoke with Jess on the phone who encouraged I brought it in for a check up, and discussed if it was well, it would go to a wildlife rescue. A few hours went by and Jess provided me with an update that unfortunately the mouse sustained serious injuries similar to a bite and the mouse was put to sleep. Jess was very kind and caring, non judgemental about someone bringing in a wild mouse and you could tell how much she loves animals and how passionate she is about her job. The world deserves more people like her."
