"I've been visiting this pharmacy for a long time and never had any disputes. But on 13/1/23 I was personally insulted by their (only) female worker. I was buying the medicine that I take on a daily basis. A real life saver. I have one repeat so I had to come back in 4 weeks time to collect it. She insisted that I pay for both packs immediately. No way! I had enough money but I'm not a sheep. I offered to pay for the 2nd repeat when I collect it. And than the madness started. She raised her hysterical voice an insulted me personally several times. I never heard such a communication with the customer in my life. I didn't talk back and managed to stay calm. The main pharmacist heard that, offered his help and everything was resolved within a minute. Everybody is visiting a pharmacy because of some health issues. Experiences like mine just make them worse. I had to write this review as a warning to the other patients."
