"I had a bit of a complicated holiday to book, firstly internal flights in Greece to secure my spot with a particular 'group' and then afterward all the necessary steps to get me there plus another couple of Eastern European countries added in the mix. Kat made the process seamless despite there being quite a few options from which to choose. She spent a considerable amount of time, pretty much off and on for a whole day emailing back and forth with me, so I could secure a well priced flight before the price went up the next day. Then several internal flights plus accommodations, plus pick-ups, plus insurance.
