"This place is a right joke. They absolutely destroyed my hair. Leaving the bleach on for over 45 minutes with a 20vol bleach when it was already quite blonde. It just really needed a nice tone.Then don't know how tone correctly. Then just ripped at my hair when trying to comb out the hug knots made when shampooing my hair. As I already have curly hair and explained she might need to use a wide tooth comb she went and got a cutting comb and tryed to use that. Both the bush and the comb had other peoples hair in them and where not disinfected at all. I gave this salon two goes and they failed both times. If makes me wonder how they can operate some of the things they were said I would not expect to hear from a qualified hairdresser. Very disappointed and would not recommend anyone to bella may"
