"Dr Wong is one of the most patient, thorough and knowledgeable doctors with the best attitude. Our son has been a patient of his for over 7 months now and not only does he provide exceptional care to our (now) 3 year old, but he knows how to calm even the most stressed out parents. Dr Wong listens, he provides options and possible solutions, taking into account the family situation. His follow up of patient care is amazing and is more than I had originally expected. The checking up of test results, the following up on medications or ensuring follow up appoints are booked provides a great level of reassurance and I am incredibly thankful that Adelaide has such a dedicated doctor caring for children. Without his expert knowledge we probably wouldn’t be where we are today. The admin team are also worthy of mention, always friendly and providing calm right when it is needed. Their responsiveness, follow up and information sharing has always ensured we have been supported with appointments or follow up details."

"A great, yet extremely expensive, specialist with admin staff who are absolutely pathetically unprofessional with absolutely no care or concern for patients and their families, and with no clue about how to do their job with even a modicum of competence. Dr Wong is wonderful, yet to experience him you'll have to delve into the mire which is his pathetic admin staff who, without notification, may cancel appointments, change their address and expect you to somehow know, fail to schedule subsequent appointments so your next appointment's 'earliest availability' may be in excess of six months later, incorrectly input critical patient data, lack any sort of basic customer service skills and who have no idea about how Medicare rebates their fees. Simply put, if Dr Wong upgraded his admin staff to people who were actually competent at their job then his fees would be justified. However, his admin staff's incompetence turns what should be a simple and pleasant experience into one which is unnecessarily stressful, time-consuming, medically unprofessional and financially draining. In my experience, it actually proved cheaper and with less hassle to fly to Melbourne to consult with better specialists than it did to bother with Dr Wong and his admin staff."
