But I received a defective product and when I came to exchange my shoes, my size was still not available and other shoe they offer was $127.99 (not $159.99 original shoe price), so they did not offer me any refund or value card. I feel completely robbed, absolute rubbish customer service quality. They told me to forget about the $32 and just take the other shoes. In the end, I feel totally harassed and regret my decision to purchase shoes from here."
