"I reside in Melbourne but have family on the Gold Coast. I have tried MANY Gold Coast florists and Flower Studio has by far been the best. They delivered a stunning arrangement but what I appreciated most was the effort they went to with the delivery when it didn't go as planned. My relative wasn't home, wasn't responding to their phone and it wasn't safe to leave the flowers outside the building. The delivery person tried multiple neighbours and hung around for 30 minutes hoping to get in the communal front door to leave the flowers inside. When I managed to reach my relative later in the day, the driver was still on the road so circled back and delivered them. Flower Studio kept me updated through the day by text with photos. I really appreciated the extra effort. And the photo my relative sent me showed a stunning large bouquet which they and I were very happy with. Thank you."
