"The staff are so lovely - they don't pressure you and are always there to help. The dresses - amazing. I spent about an hour just trying on dresses - it's a small store but their range is huge. Not one dress there is ugly - HB boutique clearly knows how to dress well. Need a ball dress? A party dress? Maybe just a nice top? This is the place for you."

"This business has changed ownership as of May 1st 2016 and i must say, the customer service is second to none. The owner has clearly a great eye for fashion and style and i would recommend this store to any person wanting a dress or gown for any occasion. She stocks sizes 6 to 20, so a great range and everything from Day wear to Cocktail to Ball Attire."
"My wife was in this store today, Oct 5th 2012, with our 2 kids (3 yr old daughter, 1 year old son), her father and her mother. Her mother was trying on a dress while my wife and her father were talking and looking after the kids. My daughter was looking at dresses at was touching them to show my wife and the owner came over and told her not to touch the dresses. She then tried to patch the comment up by saying how beautiful she looked. They decided to leave as it was said in a rude way which made them feel uncomfortable. After my father in law said that they were having a lovely time in the shop up to that point, the owner came right up to him and started threatening to call security and making a big scene in front of my daughter who was getting scared and confused after she had done nothing that all the other adults had been doing; looking, touching and commenting on dresses. My wife had to get between them and ask the owner to stop swearing and causing a scene as she was scaring the kids. I know what kids can be like in a shop - running around, touching everything while holding an ice-cream in one hand, screaming up a storm and making a store not look very inviting from the outside. But this was not the case here and when shops are struggling to compete with online stores stealing their business, it seem ludicrous to start a swearing and threatening match in front of your customers children. We will never shop there again and if anyone asks us our opinion of that store, we will tell them. Don't bring your children to the shops for a fun outing, stay inside and shop online."
