"Disappointed with the service and lack of empathy of this vet towards their customers over the past years. One doctor who used to work there lied by saying we rejected their treatment, not only they ever offered a treatment to our pet, she misdiagnosed couple times, plus she never even asked or offered us anything! My cat was diagnosed that it ‘could be cancer’ by her few years ago then it lived for next few years and found out no cancer but pancreatic, which she should have diagnosed it straight away. We had to ring and talked to her and we got a rude answer and threat over the phone. Not a nice approach to customer who was sad at all. We took ours to the other vet in pacific pines and totally different diagnosed given and we are treated like a family and feel welcomed."
"I cannot express how beautiful these ladies are. I lost my beautiful girl 3 weeks ago and these ladies are the kindest most compassionate souls. Today in the mail I unexpectedly recieved a sympathy card in the mail with the most beautiful, caring sweet hand written message. I was really touched by how this amazingly caring gesture. All the ladies here are absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend them.highly enough. Absolute angels."
"This vet is only after money and nothing else. I was informed I wouldn't get charged a consultation fee as it was an ongoing situation for my dog, but they still charged it. I explained Vetlove cytopoint injection is $30 cheaper, if I had to pay the consultation fee I would of gone with them. They said they will inform their staff for future references. But I still have to pay at least revisit fee 30$ cheaper then the 90$. Vetlove charge $70. This isn't a family community vet. I will never be going back and from now on using Vetlove/Green Cross Also to a few months ago my dog was extremely ill and had blood in her poo. I called Monday morning explaining this and how she won't eat and slept all day. They said they couldn't fit her in till Thursday. I called Green Cross who said bring her in straight away. Luckily I I did because she could have died. I really shouldn't of gone back but given a second, they definitely won't be getting a third."
"Absolutely great vet from our very first visit they were so friendly and made sure our fur baby was well taken care of. My usual vet was Animal Welfare League dont get me wrong they are fantasticas well, but we decided our fur baby needed to be looked after by just 1 vet doctor, and she is amazing explaining everything to us as our baby is very sick. Very caring staff."
"The best vet I've ever been to. Dr Lauren and Dr Ingrid are compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Provided exceptional care for my problem-prone cat, Shadow. Reception and admin staff are also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend The Pines Vet."
