Alongside their incredible pizza, I also had the opportunity to try their mouthwatering veal and delectable desserts. To start, the mushroom pizza was an absolute delight. The combination of earthy mushrooms, melted cheese, and fragrant herbs created a symphony of flavours. The crust was perfectly crisp, providing a wonderful contrast to the tender mushrooms. It was truly a pizza lover's dream come true. Moving on to the veal, it was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and juicy, with a delectable sear on the outside. The accompanying sauce was rich and flavorful, enhancing the natural succulence of the veal. It was a hearty and satisfying dish that showcased Syculy Lab's skillful execution of meat-based dishes. For dessert, I had the pleasure of trying both the tiramisu and the cannoli . The tiramisu was a true delight, with layers of creamy mascarpone cheese, soaked sponge cake, and a hint of coffee. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and richness, leaving me craving for more. As for the cannoli , it was a delightful surprise. The warm, soft dumplings filled with delicious fruit and topped with a dusting of powdered sugar provided a comforting and satisfying end to the meal. Throughout my dining experience, the owner MIMO at Syculy Lab were attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to ensure that every aspect of my meal was enjoyable. "Great Sicillian restaurant in the Western suburbs! I would highly recommend the pizzas over the pastas however. The proscuitto seems to melt with veery bite of the san daniele pizza. The arancina is a recommended entree as well. It is surprisingly easy to get a table at dinner on weekdays and the staff were very friendly. Would visit again! "Amazing experience at this hidden gem in the west! You'd miss it easily but its a nice italian restaurant that focuses on pizza and pastries. Went here with x4 of us and we had 3 entrees (and 3 pizzas), the garlic bread log, sicilian platter, and arancini, all fantastic and particularly the sicilian platter was something unique to here! The pizza was fantastic, italian style so thinner base but good size in terms of diameter, and a good amount of toppings too, all high quality. The chilli honey pizzas are honestly amazing, highly recommend ordering them. Staff were all lovely and food came out fairly promptly, with a good drinks selection, and they do have other food on the menu but it is mainly pizza. They also do takeaway, which makes them the best Pizza place by far in the area. Each pizza is about $23 and absolutely worth it. Looking forward to coming back regularly! :)"
