"Terrible dishonest picked up my dog they didn’t tell me that they caught his eye while clipping. On the way home I noticed took him to the vet where he was treated. Went straight back to Ashmore Grooming spoke with reception. Was told someone would call me no one this went on for two weeks. I went in to ask to see the Manager was told one moment I will get her. Where I was standing I could see her. Was told not here she is out. I asked can you please call your Manager. Reception lady called her I could hear the Managers phone ring in the back room. All I wanted was some empathy and sorry that happened nothing. Horrible experience I am so disappointed. Will not be taking my dog back here again."
