"Great place! Management really cared about my experience and went out of their way to help me out. Sophia is an amazing artist and tattooist and worked hard with me to get my idea onto my skin."
"From the get-go this was a great experience. The staff at the front desk are all super chill and welcoming, and explained the whole process. The studio is bright and full of personality and my tattoo artist Sophia brought an amazing attitude that immediately puts people at ease. She was an absolute legend and made a beautiful custom piece that went beyond what I expected."
"Incredible experience. The shop is relaxed hes professional, Matt is an incredible artist who works quickly but does incredible work. Got a beautiful half sleeve and he was focused and everyone made me feel looked after. 100% recommend to anyone looking"
"Staff are friendly enough but super piss poor service. Started off with an appointment booking, after speaking with the artist, for me to see the art. Arrived 15 minutes prior to booking time to find the shop entirely locked up and after trying to contact them via Facebook, messenger, and their landline with no success I left to head back home. A couple days later I received an apology message explaining that the artists sometimes get into their work so much they are unaware of their surroundings. (Absolutely sound and fair enough, bar the fact the store was locked up as well as the barrier put up behind the main front door and all lights being off) They offered a discount, which I’m still certain was never given but oh well. I booked in with the artist because I was super keen on her draw up and the $100 discount that was offered. Got the work done, the artist was super friendly and loved her work mostly. At the end of the session was told to rebook for 6 weeks or later for touch ups and when I asked if I should book now for 6 weeks in advance I was told no and to book closer to the 6 weeks after getting tattooed. It was coming up to Christmas and the artist had stated she was going away before Christmas. I got to 5 weeks and tried to book in before she left for the Christmas break. No response. I tried contacting both the artist and the shop directly. I then spoke to the shop and told them to speak to the artist and book me in at her first available appointment after the Christmas break. It’s now February and I am still waiting to hear back from them. Again, friendly staff, just piss poor management and lack of customer service."
"Saw Aykon a few weeks ago. He did an amazing job, really happily with how the piece turned out and it healed really quickly too."
