This groundbreaking platform trial aims to evaluate various options in the standard of care for managing glioblastoma, a type of brain cancer. The trial seeks to answer important questions, such as whether or not to administer a cycle of temozolomide before chemoradiotherapy and whether to provide 6 or 12 cycles of temozolomide after chemoradiotherapy.
