"Cash Converters Ashmore is conveniently located off Southport Nerang Road. There is ample parking directly outside the store and its surroundings. I have used this store on numerous occasions during times of need and found the staff (Carrie, David & Jack who I've had interactions) to be brilliant. Carrie & David have been with Cash Converters for years. My first few personal loans were with Carrie and more recently David. Both staff members went out of their way to put me at ease, explain the process and the costs and interest rates applied to each loan. Being on a very low income, my choices of credit are very limited. So during times of emergencies, 'Cashies' have been a welcome relief. More recently, I was shocked at not being able to access a loan, a similar loan to what I'd paid off with no problems. The recent new changes by the government, June 2023, were the reason Cash Converters Finance Department denied my application. I was quite disappointed with the company for offering me future loans by text and email yet not advertising the current changes. David suggested I access the pawn section they offer and thankfully I was able to get a loan against the collateral of my jewellery. A new employee, Jack, handled this transaction providing the same care & information I'd been accustomed to. A point of difference: While customers can access financial products at the Ashmore store if you're looking at making a purchase, Cash Converts Broadbeach is the store to look for an extensive array of highly discounted products. The team at Cash Converters Ashmore go a long way to put their customers at ease and help out to the best of their ability. I highly recommend them! As a final sidenote, I hope headquarters pass on my positive feedback to the staff and possibly advertise the changes made by the government."
