"My preferred tim sum restaurant every time we are here in Perth WA Reason priced, the tim sum are prepared very close to those in HongKong. This place has been taken over by a HongKong family. The service is good and the restaurant is clean and spacious. Great place to have a family gathering and enjoy fresh cooked seafood - Cantonese style stir fry."
"I would recommend durian mochi (tastes richer than other dimsum restaurants in city), fried squid, beef tripe, and chicken feet."
"We have mixed feelings on this restaurant. We went for dim sum & all of the fried stuff we got was excellent. However the dumplings (most important to me) were not great. The wrappers fell off on all of the dumplings & the ratio of meat to coriander/chives was not good (way too much coriander & chives). Overall it was good, but not sure we'll go back when there are so many other places to go."
"This restaurant serves up top-grade dim sum at very reasonable prices and is always packed. The salted egg custard bun is thick and creamy with a hint of salty graininess and with smooth skin. Roasted pork belly and XO chilli carrot cake are must-try items. Try their freshly-baked egg tarts, these goodies come with airy, light custard with a hint of char, and a crispy crust.Try the spare ribs and steamed prawn dumpling which are extremely worth their price for the quality. Try the century egg pork porridge if you’re in search of comfort food. Thick, creamy and served in a substantial portion, it’s simple yet satisfying."
"It was an overall ok experience. The service staff were all very friendly. Service wise, the tea came very late after asking twice, and the tea was not the tea we requested - chrysanthemum tea, they gave us the standard Chinese tea. Additionally, the chili oil provided was a bit off - it was not the usual thicker chili oil that most dim sum restaurants provided, it was “watery”. The space is new and clean. Dim sum is quite good. Chicken feet was very good, steamed pork ribs and roast pork was also good. Siew mai was ok and the soy bean curd aka ‘dou fu fa’ was dense and rough instead of light and smooth. Lastly the egg yolk buns aka ‘lui sha bao’ was ok. The price to quality of food ratio was a bit high. Food ordered - siew mai, roast pork, steamed pork ribs, fried prawn dumplings, chicken feet, egg yolk buns and a bowl of soy bean curd - 7 items with Chinese tea for $70.20 including 1% surcharge on eftpos payment."
