"FRUSTRATION beyond belief! My granddaughter had a CONFIRMED appointment to see Darell Price. This appointment has been booked by his wife Charlotte, the practice manager last November. On the 30th of March, my daughter in law received a text message CONFIRMING the appointment. Now, last Saturday 1st of April, another text message was sent saying the BOOKED APPOINTMENT has been CANCELED. With too much frustration, I rang their surgery today and spoke to Charlotte. She denies confirming a booking for my granddaughter. So how come my daughter in law keeps receiving text messages from them if my granddaughters name in NOT in their system. I am angry, deeply annoyed and frustrated beyond words. My granddaughter has been sick weeks on end. Her mum tried different doctors and surgery to help hey little girl while waiting for this appointment. I find it very unprofessional and unethical for them to do this, NOT AFTER SIX MONTHS OF WAITING! Now we need to find another paediatrician and wait for another six months?!?"

"Would do negative stars if I could. Booked my 3 year old in with dr price last year November called to confirm at the start of the year, then got text msg to confirm appointment was coming up and then a week out have received a text to say the appointment has been cancelled and I'll need to find a new doctor, my daughter has had health issues going on for over a year absolutely unethical i will be looking at putting in a complaint further it is at least 4 months wait to see a good doctor at the moment. I am at a lost at how a doctor could treat a child this way."

"Dr Price & Charlotte (Wife & Practice Manager) are absolutely amazing. They genuinely care for their patients & families. Each patient is given the time they need & not rushed. Dr Price is very perceptive & will pick up on certain changes/behaviours before I even mention them. I love that Dr Price is a straight talker. He doesn't sugar coat, which some may find a bit confronting, HOWEVER I truly appreciate that Dr Price calls a spade a spade. In my opinion, this minimises the possibility of confusion or misunderstanding. I believe that Dr Price & Charlotte are very selfless people who put their heart & soul into everything they do. "We have been to a few paediatricians in the past, but Dr Price stands head and shoulders above the rest. The whole experience was truly life changing for us. Dr Price was so wonderful, taking the time to listen and explain things to us, and his knowledge and understanding of neurodivergent children is second to none. A few days after our initial consult I had some worries so I called the practice for some reassurance and Dr Price himself took my call- this was so unexpected and above the call of duty. Charlotte, the practice manager was also wonderful and even managed to get us in months sooner than our booked appointment. I’m so grateful we managed to get in here! "My children have been seeing Dr Price for about three years and he’s brilliant. Be prepared he often runs late, and if there’s a patient with an urgent issue he will take phone calls from a school or hospital during your appointment time. He gives each patient the time they need, and supports them in any way he can. His receptionist, Charlotte, is lovely and incredibly helpful"
