"As a regular royal customer, I can seen you have less and less staff especially on Sunday. I was shopping on Sunday and there was a very long queue and I asked the staff can you ask your manager to open another check out, I was been told the Manager is on till and serving the customer and no anymore staff available. No idea about you keep a manager on till and do not get more staff to service the customers. The Asian manager which is a tall boy is very nice and offering me a very good service."

"It is my local store for grocery shopping and they carry a good range of everything. However, I am always disappointed with the fruit section. I bought some nectarine and plums last week. They were so sour that I had to put them in Bin. I mentioned it to the store attendant, and he responded me with a very negative answer that they supposed to be sour and they they need to keep them on shelves as some customers like sour fruit. I request you to please have some quality control in fruit section. I love this store and always support the local produce."
