Starting from January 1st, 2022, we have transitioned to a mixed billing practice. While children under 16 and pensioners aged 65 and over will be bulk billed, fees will apply for all other appointments. We offer reduced fees for concession card holders, ensuring accessibility to quality healthcare for all.

"Been with this medical centre for a number of years, but since it started billing for services it's performance has dropped considerably! This practise appears to have no defined policies with each doctor having their own way of doing things or just wanting to make money from those they are able to charge? Telehealth is a joke with only one doctor operating any sort of telehealth service, I asked for an escript repeat via telehealth $20 but was told that the service had not been available since the new year, even though I had an escript repeat two months ago!! and that I HAD to see a doctor for this @$80! sounds like creaming off the top to me. New electronic services are being rolled out by the QLD health service to assist doctors and their patients in being given choices as to how they receive their services, unfortunately this practice still lives in the Neanderthal times where that is concerned."

"I have been coming to Brygon Medical Centre for 8 years now, even after moving away from the area 4 years ago. First, one of the receptionists Robyn is so helpful and always greets me by name. She is lovely. My GP is Dr Natasha Lingard. I can't adequately put into words what she has done for me and the care she has for her patients. I owe her everything. I don't feel like I would still be here without her. It has been quite the health journey with multiple ailments and she goes out of her way to find solutions. I have had positive encounters with many other staff members there as well. The nurses are great. Highly recommend."
