"Wilbys came out bcz my fridge had died he looked at it and said the motherboard had gone and thats $400 but it also might be the motor another $1000, but then he offered me a trade in , i smelt a rat, my fridge was $3000, i said no and off he went $115 lighter, next day different guy diff company fixed my fridge in 15min it had tripped , he reset it, no parts required of course, i believe wilbys may not have been a fridge mechanic but a secondhand whitegoods business,"

"My washing machine worked perfectly but on the wash cycle was starting to make a squeaky noise. I had removed the agitator (2 bits) hoping i could see underneath to see if anything stuck but there was no access. I contacted this guy to come take a look. he completely removed top of washing machine and the drum. He took out lots of coins in the bottom, put machine back together again. Then he started to run the machine, wash cycle seemed ok so I paid him and he left. I then put on a load and the spin cycle would not work. Asked him to come back, he said not his responsibilty and for me to get someone else!! Not Happy :-("
