"I have used this chemist a few times now. And today will be my last I booked online for a vaccine. Arrived at the store early for my appointment. Had to wait to be serviced which went past my booked time. Was then told to wait as multiple people are in front of me. Now pushing way past my booked time. Finally my time to get the vaccine and call me over to say they now have no stock and turned me away. I find very hard to understand how to can take a booking for a day and not make sure you have stock for your bookings. Also checking with other peoples experiences with this chemist and the owner. I'll be spending my money else where!! Poorly ran and to honest have a couple of nice people working for you means nothing when being nice is part of the customer service experience in any franchise."
