"I cannot believe a business can operate like this. 5 forms to fill out and each form I had to write in my name, DOB, address, email, and employer details and address etc. 2 1/2 hours of sitting around waiting to be seen between a nurse and then a doctor. No communication from staff about timing / delays. Do not send your future / current employees here if you care for them. The copy and paste response by Sonic “Quality” Dep’t to previous reviews says it all."

I was in there for 3 hours… They couldn’t manage to get any blood from my arm so I was referred to clinipath (I have had blood tests many times in the past and have never had this problem) The clinic is extremely overbooked. No care or consideration. I was extremely disappointed with the disorganisation and wait time. Slow down on the bookings and give your staff adequate time to do the basics."
