"Horrendously rude female staff. I shop here regularly and the 20ish age female staff have been stuck up and rude every time i have shopped here. Id give it 0 stars if i could. No need to be rude and stuck up guys. Was also made fun of by the immature tall blonde girl who works here for a mens medication. Attempted to make a complaint but no manager was availible ? Anyways, if you value common decency stay far and wide from the cantankerous staff who dwell here."

"I bought a reading glasses. It was faulty. I went to the pharmacy and the Asian girl said nothing could not return it be done because of the policy. What policy? China policy? Do they care this is Australia? I'm sure they don't!"

"Terrible staff except the pharmacist with the beard. Totally ripped off with the safety net where they were counting my husband's medication but not myself (a stage 4 cancer patient on lots of medication). We have queried this many many times and each time we were assured we hadn't yet reached the safety net. Together we've had over 60 scripts this year already and they kept saying we still haven't reached it. You only need 35! So now we need to apply for reimbursement via Medicare. What a mess. Check your family safety net is correct. Ask for a print out. That's how we knew they were wrong. Like I've said, the bearded pharmacist is wonderful and deserves 5 stars. Luckily he was there to pick up this mistake. Everyone else does not have a clue and were arguing the point. We are changing chemists next year. It's not worth the trouble."

"Went the other day to pick up a script. I asked if I could get two months worth as a once off as I am in the middle of radiation therapy, and am exhausted and knew in 4 weeks time I was gonna be exhausted. I was told no, even though at the bottom of the script to ask the pharmacist if you need it earlier than “X”. I explained all that, and they took my script and came back later and said no, they would only do it if they could call my doctor to confirm (in the evening so knowing full well my doc wouldn’t be open). I had to pick up a script for my mother in law a week later and went to her chemist (good price) and they were kind and compassionate, even cut me off half way through explaining and said it was no problem. I feel like when I’ve gone to chemist warehouse Nerang I’ve been treated with suspicion instead of with care. Disappointing bc I loved my old store in Northcote- but nostalgia alone isn’t enough to make me keep going. Bye Chemist Warehouse, I’m a Good Price Chemist Girlie now."

"Was there yesterday picking up scripts. Waited 30mins and finally asked staff if my name had been called as I’ve been waiting 30mins. The script had been ready however it had not been called. The same thing happened to my daughter a few weeks ago. Yes they have a good range of products and cheaper medications but really need to be mindful that people are waiting and make an effort to call the individual names as some are elderly and unwell."
