"We’ve used these pet abusers twice now. Only on our second pickup did we understand why our dog was so distressed after being there. Before the dog grooming “professional” could see us, we saw her grab her roughly to begin her grooming (after more than 3 hours of waiting to even start). The demeanour of the groomer was angry and frustrated, and when she roughly grabbed our dog, the dog tried to bite her. Her response was to grab her snout and angrily shout in our dog’s face. When we saw that, we banged on the window, went inside and gave them hell. The management was immediately apologetic and sent her home, but for some reason thought we should still pay full price for their appalling service. We objected to that, obviously. The worker didn’t apologise, and we got a handsome half price discount as pathetically inadequate apology for abusing our dog and providing a pretty novice level of grooming to boot. If you run a business and employ grouchy, angry, incompetent staff, it’s going to hurt you badly."
"Best pet grooming service in all of the Petstock stores. I take my Chihuahuas for nail clips here and the grooming team do an awesome job. Never have to wait and they get it done efficiently without distressing the dogs. I drive from Brighton to this store for nail clipping as they are the best."

"Just leaving a kind review for the nice fellow who helped me select a cat food as everyone everywhere can’t get Hills Science Diet. He was just a legend. Gave me good like-for-like suggestions to get me by, and was very educated on what everything contains etc. I also really enjoyed watching the dogs get groomed. Great stuff."
