"Apart from Ford they were the only place to stock the part I needed, i hadnt gone to wreckers because the part i needed was part of a radiator and not likely to sell individual parts from it. Wasn't much cheaper than Ford itself but was convenient to go to them. When I got there I asked the attended if the part was for a MK1. His answer was 'i got no idea', and proceeded to continue with my transaction. Why not go the extra mile as just check so I feel at ease. The part looked like what I needed but to ensure your customers get the ease if mind and feel they will come back I would suggest just taking a minute or 2 and check. When I left the store I saw the guy jump on his bike and leave so I assume and I could be wrong that he just wanted to quickly process my purchase so he can go do what he needed to go do. 2 stars for having my part and holding it for me to come down and collect."
