"Dr Alicia is one of the best vets you will ever find. The staff at the counter are also very helpful and caring. I took my bunny, Pumpkin, to Dr Alicia after a broken jaw injury. This type of injury in a bunny is pretty uncommon but she made sure to try everything in her power to come up with the most suitable treatment. She treated him with the utmost care and love like he was one of her own bunnies. Unfortunately the chances of Pumpkin surviving this injury were slim to none from the beginning. Pumpkin passed away while under anesthesia during his second jaw rewiring appointment, as he was too weak. Dr. Alicia shared the same pain I felt when Pumpkin passed. I am profoundly grateful to Dr. Alicia. She stood by us every step of the way as we gave our all to save Pumpkin. I really miss Pumpkin, but I'm glad I brought him to Dr. Alicia. Those last few weeks of his life, he was in such caring hands."
